Privacy notice
Technical DRAFT, not a legal text. Must be validated by a lawyer before the pilot. Do not use with real data until ChatHel SRL is incorporated.
What data we use
Only your first name or nickname, language, the departure date you enter, your bookings, event RSVPs and messages to reception. We do not ask for your surname, room number, documents or location.
Automated assistant
Questions to reception are processed by an automated assistant (non-EU AI provider). Do not write health or sensitive data. For allergies and emergencies talk to the staff.
Deletion
On your departure date (or when you press “Sign out and delete my data”) we delete your name, messages, future bookings and unused bonus. Only anonymous counts remain for the hotel.
Other guests
The guest list, the public chat and private chats exist only for guests who are adults and choose to appear. Other guests only see a first name or nickname and a language: never room, surname, stay dates or contact details. For events only the number of attendees is shown.
Your rights
You can delete your data at any time from the Profile. For other requests contact the hotel's reception, the data controller.
